I offer a variety of services, Massage - Relaxation..some Deep Tissue ..And also Deep Energy Release Body Work .  I Also do body scrubs and wraps.... I work with different modalities to align your life force and keep your body and spirit in balance. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to psychotherapy with an emphasis on identifying and addressing current stress levels, exploring past experiences and family dynamics, and developing positive life patterns.

A body scrub is a popular body treatment that is basically a facial for the body: it exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft.  A body scrub is done with an abrasive material, usually sea salt or sugar, mixed with some kind of massage oil and an aromatic like essential oils. If the scrub uses salt, it might be called a salt scrub, salt glow or sea salt scrub.

After the scrub the client showers to return to fresh clean sheets and enjoy one hour of a luxurious massage with essential oils and lotion. Then wrapped in sheets warm foil blanket, to relax for 15 minutes or  Some clients may want to add on reiki at this time.  This treatment is great for all people. Most mud wraps also start with the scrub as well.

Reiki Distance Healing is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Reiki Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
